Flights to Canary Islands, Spain

There are regular international flights to Tenerife, from all over Europe. Iberia (www.iberia.com), Air Europa (www.air-europa.com) and Spanair (www.spanair.com) also fly between the islands and mainland Spain.

To access the conference venue, we recommend to fly to the Tenerife Southern Airport (Reina Sofia).

From the southern airport Reina Sofia:
Take the motorway towards Costa Adeje, Take the Costa Adeje exit and follow signs to Hoteles Iberostar.

By Bus:
There is a direct access to Tenerife Sur Airport from the TF-1 motorway, which links Santa Cruz de Tenerife with the south, east and north of the island. 

At present there are three bus routes that connect the airport to the capital of the island, North Tenerife airport, Puerto de la Cruz and the beaches in the south. The bus stop for all routes are opposite the arrivals gate of the passenger terminal.

By Car

There are many car hire firms in Tenerife. You can hire a range of vehicles that can include anything from an ordinary saloon car to a convertible sports car or even a motorbike. Despite occasional heavy traffic, driving around Tenerife is easy thanks to its network of clearly sign-posted and well-maintained roads and motorways. The main towns and cities also have a number of pay and display car parks where you can conveniently leave your car.
